2005 Kawasaki VN1600 Nomad – SN569

Firstly, yes this bike has done 38,000 miles but for those with any concern I can assure you the condition of this bike warrants something much less. The bike has only lived 3 years here in the UK and only done 3k miles on our roads – the majority of this bikes life has been spent in Florida where we originally imported it from. The condition is very good for a bike of 20 years only and the mileage it has ridden.

In the mid 90’s Kawasaki introduced the Vulcan 1500 and for a long time the bike was the largest regularly produced two-wheeler in the world.

The new Vulcan 1600 Nomad retains the elegant style of the Vulcan 1500 but it features more chrome, enhanced passenger comfort, and the big V-twin engine’s displacement has been boosted to give it an even keener power band.

With a more refined feel  due to the the fuel injection over carbs, the VN1600 offers a more reliable Vulcan but at the same time does not lose the character of what was to offer from the VN1500.

This bike in particular comes in the gorgeous metallic blue and silver colour combo.

Fitted with engine crash bars and also has the Baron’s RPM Gauge.

Standard exhaust fitted, however I am assuming at some point there has been a modification as this bike really sounds great with its deep V twin lope (check the video).

These VN1600 Nomads (customs in UK speak) just about tick all the boxes in the cruiser world.

Spacious and comfortable with great handling and brakes.

This one also benefits from sissy bar, Kawasaki screen and also the hard lockable bags that these Nomad models came with as a standard option. This one also has the riders backrest fitted.
